This Privacy Policy describes how Aura Sanctuary ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Aura Sanctuary mobile application and website (the "Service"). By using Aura Sanctuary, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: Your email address, display name, and authentication details when you create an account.
Content You Create: Journal entries, dream logs, mirror reflections, mystical journal conversations, meditation session history, manifestation goals, rituals, and broom closet inventory that you choose to save.
Community Content: Coven posts, reactions, and other content you choose to share within community features.
Subscription Information: Premium subscription status. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe for web and Google Play Billing for Android) and are not stored on our servers.
Usage Data: Limited analytics about how you interact with the Service, such as feature usage and crash reports, to improve the app.
Device Data: Basic device information necessary to provide and secure the Service.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls limiting data to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
You have the right to delete your Aura Sanctuary account and all associated personal data at any time. When you request deletion, we permanently remove your account information, journal entries, dream logs, mirror reflections, mystical journal conversations, meditation history, manifestation goals, rituals, broom closet inventory, and coven posts from our active systems.
To delete your data from within the app: Go to your Profile settings and select Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm. Deletion is irreversible.
To request deletion by email: Contact us at 512aurasanctuary@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed.
Anonymous, aggregated data that cannot identify you (such as usage statistics) may be retained for analytics purposes. Records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained as required by law.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems as described in the Data Deletion section above.
Aura Sanctuary is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights through your Profile settings or by contacting us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
